Alvaro Parente reinforcing leadership

Alvaro Par­en­te played the 14th and 15th rounds of the Pirelli World Chal­lenge at Mid-Ohio, rein­for­cing the cham­pi­on­ship lead. After his win, at the first race of the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course, the Por­tuguese driver from Opor­to, star­ted on pole for the second race. Michael Cooper in Cadillac and Ryen Everse­ley in the Acura, made a great start, over­tak­ing Alvaro Par­en­te and get­ting a lead of 6 seconds.
